Gift Voucher Usage Regulations \u2013 Chateau Vartely<\/strong><\/h2>\n

This regulation establishes the terms and conditions for using gift vouchers issued by the Chateau Vartely complex. Vouchers can be used to purchase services within Chateau Vartely, including wines, restaurant meals, wine tours, accommodation, and other available services as described on our website.<\/p>\n

  1. Types of Vouchers and Value<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Chateau Vartely gift vouchers are available in both physical and electronic formats. When purchasing electronic vouchers online, customers can select a minimum amount of 500 MDL, which can only be increased in increments of 500 MDL.<\/p>\n

    1. Recipients and Usage Conditions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Gift vouchers can be used by individuals aged 18 and over.
      \nTo redeem services using a voucher, prior reservation is required at 068 500 555.
      \nVouchers can be used for any services and products offered by Chateau Vartely, including:<\/p>\n

      – Restaurant meals;
      \n– Wines;
      \n– Wine tours with or without wine tastings;
      \n– Accommodation at the winery hotel;
      \n– Group activities and organized events (as per the offers on vartely.md).<\/p>\n

      The voucher can be used in a single transaction or partially, with any remaining amount to be paid via available payment methods (bank card, cash, etc.).<\/p>\n

      1. Purchase Methods<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Physical vouchers can be purchased from:
        \nChateau Vartely\u2019s office in Chi\u0219in\u0103u (Str. Pu\u0219kin 4);
        \nThe winery restaurant in Orhei (Str. Eliber\u0103rii 170B).
        \nElectronic vouchers can be purchased directly from our website and are delivered instantly via email.
        \nBusinesses can purchase vouchers via bank transfer according to the instructions available on the website.<\/p>\n

        1. Validity<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
          \nAfter the expiration date, the voucher can no longer be used, extended, or replaced.<\/p>\n

          1. How to Use the Voucher<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Vouchers can be presented in physical or electronic format when purchasing products\/services.
            \nThe electronic voucher will contain a unique code required for validation.
            \nThe voucher can only be used for services available at Chateau Vartely at the time of redemption.<\/p>\n

            1. Restrictions and Exceptions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
              \nVouchers can be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or special offers.
              \nVouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.<\/p>\n

              1. Loss or Theft<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Chateau Vartely is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
                \nA lost physical voucher cannot be recovered.
                \nThe electronic voucher can be recovered by reissuing the unique code if the beneficiary can prove the purchase.<\/p>\n
