The Château Vartely Company has organized Sunday, June 18th, a unique event – Strawberry Day. The guests have delighted their taste buds with plenty of delicious strawberries, strawberry treats and grilled dishes. They enjoyed themselves to the fullest and experienced positive emotions throughout the day.
Even though the meteorologists have issued a yellow code warning against heavy rain, the weather outside was friendly with the event organizers and guests who enjoyed a generous sun and a cloudless sky.
The event was unique in its way for both Chateau Vartely and Moldova: based on the purchased ticket, the guests have benefited from an all inclusive package on the territory of the winery which included the following: tour of the complex, free access to the territory, wine in abundance, strawberry goodies and many other tasty dishes. The little ones enjoyed special attention as well, being entertained by cheerful entertainers headed by Capsoonel.
“This year was the first edition of the event, but we hope it will become a tradition for the coming years. On this day, Chateau Vartely winery has been visited by over 800 guests”, Ludmila Gogu, the Company Director, said.
During the event, which was dedicated to strawberries and white and rose wines, over 250 kg of strawberries and about 500 bottles of wine were consumed.
