CHATEAU VARTELY DISCOUNT CARDS REGULATION OF USING

1. What is a CHATEAU VARTELY discount card?

It is a card to receive discounts for” Chateau Vartely” touristic complex services and/or goods in winery’s shops.

2. Which discount can you get?

The percentage of the discount depends on your card’s types. The discounts are accumulative. In the table below, you can find the algorithm of your discount growth:

3. How can you use the CHATEAU VARTELY discount card?

To benefit from a discount, you should show the card to a cashier BEFORE you ask for a bill. The discount cards will not be accepted when organizing family celebrations (weddings, christenings, birthdays, etc.) or corporate events. The discount could not be applied AFTER the purchase was done, but only at the moment of purchase. The discounts are not applicable for strong alcoholic drinks and products that are subjects of other promotions. You could not cash out your discount. It applies only to the price of services or goods.

4. Is it allowed to give your card to the third person?

Only a person whose name the card was registered can use the CHATEAU VARTELY discount card

5. How can I get INSPIRO card?

To get the INSPIRO card, you have to collect the cashier’s checks for the total sum of no less than 5000 MDL (during 6 months). Checks for goods purchased at a discount or during promotions, receipts for organizing family celebrations in a restaurant (weddings, christenings, birthdays), or corporate events will not be considered.

6. 6. How can I get INDIVIDO card?

To get the INDIVIDO card, you have to collect the cashier’s checks for a total sum of no less than 30 000 MDL. If you already have the INSPIRON card, collect the sum on your card. Checks for goods purchased at a discount or during promotions, receipts for organizing family celebrations in a restaurant (weddings, christenings, birthdays), or corporate events will not be considered.

7. How can I get TARABOSTE card?

To get the TARABOSTE card, you have to collect the cashier’s checks for a total sum of no less than 50 000 MDL. If you already have the INDIVIDO card, collect the sum on your card. Checks for goods purchased at a discount or during promotions, receipts for organizing family celebrations in a restaurant (weddings, christenings, birthdays), or corporate events will not be considered.

8. How can I get TRIBUTE card?

To get the TRIBUTE card, you have to collect the cashier’s checks for a total sum of no less than 100 000 MDL. If you already have the TARABOSTE card, collect the sum on your card. Checks for goods purchased at a discount or during promotions, receipts for organizing family celebrations in a restaurant (weddings, christenings, birthdays), or corporate events will not be considered.

9. 9. I have an old model of the CHATEAU VARTELY discount card. How can I get a new one?

Starting with 04/01/2021, all old models of Chateau Vartely discount cards are no longer active. You can exchange the old model card for a new one. Please, address to the representatives of Chateau Vartely to fill the questionary and get a new card. After presenting the old model of discount card registered under your name and after answering the questionary, the exchange is possible.

10. What should I do if I lost my card?

If the card was stolen, lost, or corrupted, you should notify the Chateau Vartely representative immediately by calling on000 +373 685 00 555 or via email  turism@vartely.md. After receiving your notice, the company representative will process your data and get in touch regarding sending you a new card. For any additional information, please, contact the company’s representatives.

11. Additional information.

 Misuse or fraudulent use of the discount card will result in the exclusion and cancellation of the corresponding card. The organizer reserves the right to change the terms of this regulation.
