These terms and conditions establish the rules for using gift vouchers issued by the Chateau Vartely complex. The vouchers can be used to purchase services within the Chateau Vartely complex, including wines, meals at the restaurant, wine tours, accommodation, and other available services as described on our website.
- Voucher Types and Value
Voucherele cadou emise de Chateau Vartely sunt disponibile în următoarele valori:
- 500 lei voucher
- 1000 lei voucher
- 2000 lei voucher
- Recipients and Conditions of Use
- Gift vouchers can be used by individuals aged 18 and over.
- The gift voucher must be accompanied by the receipt for it to be valid. Without the receipt, the voucher will not be accepted for use.
- To redeem services using the voucher, a prior reservation is required at the phone number 068 500 555.
- The vouchers can be used for the purchase of any services and products offered by Chateau Vartely, including:
- Meals at the restaurant.
- Wine tours with or without wine tastings.
- Accommodation at the winery’s hotel.
- Group activities, provided the minimum group size for each activity is met (Wineblending, Winepainting, Guess the price, culinary workshops).
- Organized events (see the “Events” section on the vartely.md website).
- The voucher can be used in a single transaction at the Chateau Vartely tourist complex in Orhei (170B Eliberării Street) or can be used partially if the total value of the order exceeds the voucher amount. The difference must be paid by standard methods (bank card, cash, etc.).
- Purchase Methods
- Gift vouchers can be purchased in person at the following locations:
- Chateau Vartely office in Chișinău, 4 Pushkin Street.
- Winery restaurant in Orhei, 170B Eliberării Street.
- Additionally, businesses wishing to purchase vouchers can do so via bank transfer, following the instructions and payment details available at the mentioned locations or on the official website.
- Validity
- Each gift voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
- After the expiration date, the voucher will no longer be valid and cannot be extended or replaced.
- How to Use the Voucher
- Gift vouchers can be presented in physical or electronic form when purchasing beverages or booking services.
- Upon purchasing a voucher, the recipient will receive a unique code that will be used to verify and validate the voucher when redeeming it.
- The voucher can only be used for services available in the current offering at Chateau Vartely at the time of use.
- Restrictions and Exceptions
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for money or returned.
- Vouchers can be used in combination with other discounts, promotions, or special offers.
- Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers.
- Loss or Theft
- In the case of loss or theft of a gift voucher, Chateau Vartely is not responsible for replacing it. It is recommended that the recipient keeps the voucher in a safe place. However, if the recipient has a photo copy of the voucher and the receipt, they can still use the voucher by presenting this proof. It is recommended that the recipient store the voucher safely and have a digital copy to prevent any inconvenience.

- Chateau Vartely reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the official website.
