When visiting Château Vartely, you will see some outsized stainless vessels with a capacity of 10 thousands of litres.
These are those 180 stainless reservoirs recently transported from Italy.
Their function is to store and ferment white and red wines. Also here take place the processes of blending, treatment and aging of the Château Vartely wines.
